Who

Ron Rau – Financial Services Broker/Insurance Consultant

Ron has been in the financial services industry since 1983. Beginning in London, Ontario with Manufacturers’ Life where he was Rookie of the Year, he became one of the first true Life insurance brokers in Canada. He was a founding member of the ILIBC — Independent Life Insurance Brokers of Canada Association (now Independent Financial Brokers of Canada), and has been associated with PPI Financial Group (a developer of unique and market leading financial products) since 1984.

Specializing in business insurance, estate/succession planning and investments, his unique skills are complimented by his associates and the research, marketing and service team they forge. Ron has developed practical experience in working with significant farm equipment dealers and their advisors.
Ron continues to update his product knowledge and skills through continuing education programs. He also has authored articles for various publications, as well as a speaker a various business seminars.

Active in the business community, Ron served for many years as chair of both the Provincial and National Affairs and the Finance and Taxation committees in the London Chamber of Commerce. He is also active in the community as a Charter member and a Past President of the Rotary Club.

J P Roszell B.A., M.B.A. – Business Coach

JP is one of North America’s top business coaches, and the founder of Harros Associates.

JP works directly with the owner / managers of enterprises ranging in size from 1 to 75 employees.

Once a clearly defined set of goals is in place, JP eliminates the time (and cost) of trial and error. Be it coaching, mentoring or simply serving as a sounding board, his clients quickly learn the appropriate skills to achieve those goals – eventually eliminating the need for a coach.

JP’s business career has taken him through accounting, sales, marketing, materials management, business planning, general management and into senior executive positions. He has run businesses in both North and South America, and has managed through mergers, acquisitions and divestitures. He was a key player in one of SW Ontario’s most successful LBO to IPO success stories. JP has been involved in startups and has been the president/CEO of a billion dollar corporation.

Jay is a graduate of McMaster University (B.A. Political Science) and Toronto’s York University (MBA). York University’s business school is recognized as one of the top 20 in the world by Forbes, the Wall Street Journal, Business Week and the Economist. He is a member of the US-based Professional Business Coaches Alliance.
